We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales cum Service Engineer to join our team in Jakarta and Surabaya, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a background in machine manufacturing industries and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our CNC and VMC machines.
Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both the company and the client.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, both remotely and on-site.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and service roles within the machine manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
Strong technical knowledge of CNC and VMC machines, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to travel frequently within Jakarta, Surabaya, and surrounding areas.
