As a Sales & Marketing Manager for B2B Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and expand our client base. You will lead a team in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and creating innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market presence. Key responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying the large as well as mid-size users for the CNC, VMC, and Sliding Head machines with a focus on achieving sales targets and organizational growth.

  • Develop New Market and Customers month on month. Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.

  • Leading from the front and with a key eye on customer identification. identification of the unrepresented areas that create an overall impact on brand awareness would be highly desirable.

  • Administering market & competition analysis, distributor identification, and selection of market based on various parameters.

  • Working closely with the Marketing, Customer Care Team & other functions especially the application team to close the deals effectively would be the key factor in sales.

  • Knowledge of the market would be a mandatory requirement to establish the brand in the market at a faster pace.

  • Strong analytical and Interpersonal Skills and Creative Thinking on the development of the market are preferred.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

  • MBA from a recognized institution.

  • 10-15 years of experience in sales, with a focus on CNC, VMC, and Sliding Head Machinery.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to drive strategic decisions.
