What’s New at HCA

Hardik CNC Automation is pleased to announce the successful completion of its participation at ENGIMACH 2025, one of India’s leading exhibitions for machine tools and manufacturing technology.

At the exhibition, we showcased our entire range of CNC solutions, including CNC Turning machines, Bar Feeders, Vertical Machining Centers (VMC), Drill Tap Centers (DTC), and Sliding Head machines. This comprehensive display reflected our capability to deliver end-to-end machining solutions for diverse manufacturing needs.

A major attraction at our booth was the robot-integrated CNC Turning machine, where a robotic system was successfully interfaced to demonstrate automated loading and unloading operations. This live integration highlighted our machines’ automation readiness and compatibility with third-party robotic systems, supporting manufacturers aiming for higher productivity and reduced manual dependency.

Visitors also showed strong interest in our smart manufacturing approach, including custom-developed operator screens that simplify complex machining processes by enabling parameter-based operation instead of traditional programming.

ENGIMACH 2025 served as an excellent platform to engage with industry professionals, discuss emerging trends in automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0, and strengthen relationships with customers and partners.
